As stated in the email containing the link to this form, we ask that you confirm your participation in a HERS Leadership Institute offering by Friday, February 5, 2021.

You must select one offering. You may not defer your participation by more than 12 months.

Leadership Institute Location Selection

I understand that if I have previously deferred my participation in a HERS Leadership Institute and I choose to defer again, I will be assessed a $500 administrative fee. I will be required to pay the fee before my participation is confirmed.
